Prescription Delivery Now Available at both our pharmacy locations through our partners at ScriptDrop®. (Yakima CWFM no longer offers delivery)
Have your prescriptions delivered right to your door in as soon as the afternoon after they’re ready for pick-up. That way, if you’re sick, have a child at home, or simply don’t feel like making the trip to our pharmacy, we’ll come to you instead.
Ready to set your prescriptions up for Delivery? You can set up delivery a couple ways.
1. Call in your refill to the pharmacy, and select the DELIVERY option on the automated menu.
a. Prescription refills called in before 4 PM, will be set up for Next Business Day Delivery (Monday – Friday, currently no holidays) between 2 PM and 5 PM.
2. Confirm that your prescription is ready at the pharmacy, then Text DELIVER to 727478 on your smartphone, and fill out the form you’re sent.
a. Delivery requests made on ready prescriptions before 11 AM can be delivered same day between 2 PM and 5 PM. Any delivery requests orders placed after 11 a.m. will be delivered the next business day.
3. Call the pharmacy and speak directly with one of our staff members to set up your delivery.
Arrange payment of any co-pays & delivery charge directly with the pharmacy.
During the COVID – 19 Epidemic: No person-to-person interaction necessary, your driver will leave the medication on the doorstep.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the charge for the delivery?
There is an $8 charge associated with prescription delivery. Patients qualified for the CHCW Discounted Fee program or Medicaid, may qualify for a discount on prescription delivery. Please ask the pharmacy for details.
Can I pick the time when my delivery will arrive?
We use the same standard delivery windows for all patients. If you’ve submitted your delivery request for a ready prescription before 11 a.m., you will receive your delivery after 2 p.m. the same day. Otherwise, your delivery will be dropped off at your door after 2 p.m. the next business day. For example, if you submit your order on Friday after 11 a.m., your prescription will arrive the following Monday after 2 p.m.
Is there a limit on distance you’ll deliver?
Yes, our standard next-day delivery drivers stay within a 5 miles of the pharmacy. If you live further away, please call the pharmacy for details on other options.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We currently do not deliver on holidays, though that may change in the future. For now, your order will arrive on the following first business day after the holiday.
Do the delivery drivers work for the pharmacy?
No, the delivery drivers work for a courier service, who is certified to bring your medications to you from our pharmacy. They cannot collect co-pays or answer any questions about your prescriptions.
Will I have to do anything when the delivery driver arrives?
No. ScriptDrop will have collected the delivery fee ahead of time and the driver will leave the package at your door.
What if my medication has a copay?
You must pay the copay ahead of time with your pharmacy. Contact us directly to make sure everything is paid before the driver arrives.
Can I pay the delivery fee & co-pay in cash?
No. We can only accept credit/debit cards for delivery prescriptions at this time.
I decided I don’t want delivery after all. What do I do to cancel?
Please call ScriptDrop to cancel your delivery request at (866) 473-6583, a full refund of your delivery fee will be issued at that time. Then contact your pharmacy to notify them of your changed plans as well.
I have concerns about my privacy.
We make security and privacy a priority. We abide by HIPAA regulations and information security protocols, and only request information that is strictly necessary to arrange a delivery. When requesting delivery, you have the option to acknowledge and agree to ScriptDrop’s Terms of Service and Delivery Policy.
Will I have to sign for my prescription?
At this time we are not collecting signatures upon delivery. Your medication will be delivered and left at your door to ensure no-contact.
How can I check on the status of my delivery?
Please call the pharmacy first to make sure we’ve have received your order and payment information for your copays ahead of time. If we have the order and it’s scheduled for delivery, you can call ScriptDrop’s Customer Success team to check on your order’s status at (866) 473-6583 during business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. or Saturday-Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Can the delivery driver bring me groceries or other items from the pharmacy?
The delivery fee only includes medication delivery, the pharmacy can include a few basic over the counter medications in your delivery if needed as well.
