I have primarily worked in outpatient mental health settings with children, youth, adults, and families focusing on treating depression, anxiety, behaviors, and trauma.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist individuals in meeting their goals. I use strength-based and solution-focused methods in addition to providing education on skills in mindfulness, stress reduction, and effective communication.
