General Surgery Residency: Midwestern University OPTI/Mountain Vista Medical Center
Medical School: University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St. Kitts and Nevis.
Undergraduate: University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus: BSc Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
I practiced as an engineer for a year before deciding that medicine was my true passion. Completed 4 years of general surgery training in Arizona and switched to family medicine. While waiting for the Match, I had the opportunity to practice primary care in the beautiful community of Moses Lake, WA.

Hobbies:
I enjoy outdoor activities such s paddleboarding, boating/jet skis, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, outdoor paintball, glamping {yes, I prefer a cozy cabin with a bathroom), softball, basketball, volleyball, you name it. I also find stimulating any kind of puzzle, and playing video games.

I have an interest in serving the underserved in rural communities and the many opportunities to tailor what your future practice could be.
