Community Health of Central Washington is pleased to welcome Brad Mitchell as our new Chief Operating Officer.
Brad brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a strong background in clinic and ambulatory care management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Practice Operations at Baptist Health in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Throughout his career, Brad has led impactful improvements in patient satisfaction, fiscal health, employee retention, and access to care. His expertise spans operations management, strategic planning, business development, and marketing, all grounded in a strong mission-driven approach.
In addition to his professional experience, Brad is deeply committed to serving underserved communities. He has volunteered as a board member for a local free clinic and completed volunteer work in Chile, where he learned to speak Spanish.
