CHCW Primary Care Behavioral Health Model Featured in Statewide Webinar Series

The Washington Association for Community Health (WACH) is hosting a three-part webinar series this March titled “Behaviorally Trained Providers Can Assist Health Centers to Deliver High-Quality Primary Care.” The series explores the integration of behaviorally trained providers into primary care and highlights innovative models that strengthen access and outcomes.

We are proud to share that CHCW’s innovation report is being featured in this series as a model of high-quality behavioral health integration – showcasing our approach to integrating behavioral health into primary care settings.

Additionally, CHCW’s PCBH Academic and Program Directors will be speaking during the series to share insights from our model and implementation experience. This statewide recognition reflects the strength of our integrated care approach and the dedication of our PCBH teams.
