Medical Experience:

Philosophy of Care:

Our bodies and minds are interconnected and function together beautifully to keep ourselves safe and comfortable. Integrated healthcare requires focusing on thoughts and behaviors, along with symptoms, to better address the root of our health concerns and find alternate ways of coping. I do this through offering a supportive, validating, and non-judgmental space where my patients can grow physically, psychologically, and emotionally.

I aspire to..

help people with chronic medical conditions increase their autonomy and ability to manage their conditions and live a value-congruent life despite their potential restrictions or pain.

Bio:

I received my bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. After having spent 5 years living and working in NYC, I decided to pursue my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. My clinical interests and research experience lie in sexual health, chronic pain, and gastrointestinal disorders. While a student at Roosevelt University, I worked in several mental health settings including medical health centers, family clinics, neuropsychology clinics, and private practices. In my free time I enjoy musical theatre, going for nature walks with my dog, board game nights, and podcasts. I look forward to serving the Yakima community. Thanks for having me!
