Growing clinic adds new dental director and dental provider

ELLENSBURG, WA – Ellensburg Dental Care, a service of Community Health of Central Washington, is pleased to announce that it has appointed a new dental director and also added a new dental provider in a continued effort to expand its dental program offerings in the area.  They welcome Katherine Patry, DMD, as the clinic’s dental director and Dallin Burnett, DMD, as a new dentist to its growing dental team.

Katherine Patry, DMD

Patry and Burnett are currently seeing new and existing patients at the dental clinic’s offices located at 1206 N. Dolarway, Suite 101, Ellensburg (Sun Lakes Office Park).  In addition to the clinic’s daily patients, the clinic also sees referral patients who are sent by the local emergency room or their primary care providers.

Patry joins CHCW’s Ellensburg Dental Care as the clinic’s dental director.  She holds a dental degree from the Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.  She has served as a family dentist for almost 10 years for the United States Navy as an active duty Officer and more recently as a Navy Reserves Officer in Everett, WA.   Patry leads the Ellensburg Dental Clinic after spending the last four years providing dental care as an associate dentist at Pearl Care Dental in Ellensburg.   She is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Yakima Dental Association, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.  Patry is dedicated to continuing education and keeping up with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dallin Burnett, DMD

Burnett joins Ellensburg Dental Care as a family dentist and holds a doctor of dental medicine degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.  In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Brigham Young University in Rexburg, ID.  Burnett is trained in all aspects of general dentistry and is a member of American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Yakima Dental Association, the Academy of LDS Dentists, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Beginning in September, the dental clinic has expanded its hours to include selective Saturdays from 7am to 3:30pm to better serve our community and patients – of all ages.  Emergency walk-ins are welcome for same day appointments.

“With the increased healthcare demand and growth of the Kittitas area, we will continue to grow our clinics, recruiting the best and most talented providers and staff,” says Mike Maples, MD, CEO, Community Health of Central WA.  “We are pleased to have Katherine and Dallin join our dental clinic.  Their proven leadership abilities and experience, including backgrounds in rural dental care, are a welcome addition to our expanding team.”
