Community Health of Central Washington was recently approved to host dental students as part of its university rotations at the health center’s Ellensburg dental clinic.
Dental students, like medical students, go through rotations to experience different practices and specialties during the latter half of their graduate education. Now, the Ellensburg Dental Clinic will be able to host three students a year who need to complete their fourth-year clinical training.
So far, the clinic only has a partnership with the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, the alma mater of dental director Dr. Brenden Davis.
