  • Call scheduling and ask to be added to the Teen Depression/Anxiety Group with Michelle Littrell
  • Ask your doctor to refer you to the group

This group will help you learn how to:

  • Cope with feelings of depression and/or anxiety
  • Problem solve
  • Use relaxation techniques when feeling anxious or stressed
  • Build self-esteem
  • Get better sleep

What should I expect?

  • A different topic each month
  • A chance for each group member to suggest a question or topic that would be helpful to discuss
  • Group discussion and idea sharing
  • Time to practice skills learned in group
