Jennifer’s History
What do you enjoy most about working with children and families?
I truly enjoy working with children! I listen to similar music, I watch the same shows, I play some of the same games and I am honored to share that joy and connection with them.
How would you describe your approach to pediatric care?
My philosophy of care centers around shared decision-making, where I actively engage families in their child’s healthcare journey, ensuring that every voice is heard.
What’s one thing you want caregivers and patients to know when they come to see you?
I believe that the foundation of exceptional care lies in the power of collaboration. We are partners in providing what is best for our patients, and I value your thoughts and opinions. You know your family best.
What makes CHCW’s Yakima Pediatrics special to you or your patients?
Our unique team atmosphere and the collaboration with Primary Care Behavioral Health staff is special. The ability to provide care holistically is so important for children and families. Whether help is needed for toilet training, picky eating or lifestyle changes, we have the resources to provide that care.
When you’re not at the clinic, how do you like to spend your time?
I am an outdoor/nature person. I enjoy kayaking, fishing, camping, hiking, and exploring new places. I love music and anything related to music such as plays, concerts, listening, or singing and have varied interests. Tell me your favorite artist/group/musician and I will look them up!
