Associate Program Director (Osteopathic)
Salary Range: $193,000 – $212,000 + experience

Our Central Washington Family Medicine Residency is an unopposed community-based Family Medicine Residency with long standing osteopathic training (AOA and now OR). We have an opening for an Osteopathic Physician to serve as Associate Program Director (APD) – Director of Osteopathic Education (DOE). You will work collaboratively with our Residency Leadership team to plan, organize implement, evaluate, and coordinate the Family Medicine Residency Program related to Osteopathic Recognition. Additionally, you will represent CWFM-R in the community and with the Medical Staff, Residency Network, and professional organizations and serve as a Faculty Core Physician. Our core site is in Yakima Washington, which is also home to Pacific Northwest University, an osteopathic medical school.

Our Family Medicine Residency Leadership works in a team-oriented environment with dedicated Faculty, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, Behavioral Health Consultants, APCs, and Nursing staff to provide high quality healthcare through service and education. Central Washington Family Medicine Clinic boasts an array of amenities including a recently remodeled clinic, Pharmacy, X-ray, Lab and more.

To qualify for this position, you must have graduated from an accredited Osteopathic Medical School, completed an accredited Residency Program and be Board Certified. An OMM fellowship is preferred. Prior experience working as a fulltime Family Physician with a combination of education, training, and experience that equates to a minimum of two years, professional activity in the field of Family Medicine, teaching and administrative experience in a Family Medicine Residency Program are highly desirable. Additional preparatory instruction (e.g. National Institute for Program Director Development, Physician in Management series, or Faculty Development Fellowship) is highly recommended. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
