Purpose of the Position:
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the HR team. Responsible for the following areas: employee training and development, benefits, performance management, HRIS maintenance, and employment law compliance.
Hours: 40 hours per week, M-F
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field and three years of employee relations experience required; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree. Current driver’s license and auto insurance required. Human Resources Certification (i.e. PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.Apply Now
