The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the HR team. Responsible for the following areas: employee training and development, benefits, performance management, HRIS maintenance, and employment law compliance.
Hours: 40 hours per week, M-F
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree. Three (3) years of employee relations experience required. Current driver’s license and auto insurance required. Human Resources Certification (i.e. PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
