On October 22, our PCBH and Outreach teams joined the MLK Jr. Elementary Resource Fair—a family-friendly event filled with trunk-or-treat fun and community connection.
Our team shared parenting tips, “25 Ways to Get Moving at Home,” healthy sleep strategies, and self-esteem journals with students and families. They also helped raise awareness about open enrollment and the importance of staying informed about health coverage options. A big thank-you to our PCBH and Outreach staff for representing CHCW and supporting local families with care and creativity!
