    I was drawn to CHCW because of its commitment to providing integrated behavioral health care within a team-based model. I value opportunities to collaborate with a skilled team that shares a commitment to improving the well-being of their community. My background in community mental health and nonprofits has fueled my interest in working with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds, and I see CHCW as a place where I can continue to grow in this work.
