How do I join?

  • Call scheduling and ask to be added to the Wellness Group with Olmer
  • Ask your doctor to refer you to the Wellness Group

  • Build hope and meaning in your life
  • Balance work & play for a happier life
  • Communicate better in relationships
  • Let the past be the past
  • Create the identity and personality you want

*If you missed the month before, it is a good idea to call and check group has not been canceled for a holiday or scheduling conflict.

What should I expect?

  • A different topic each week
  • A chance for each group member to suggest a question or topic that would be helpful to discuss
  • Group discussion and idea sharing
  • Time to practice skills learned in group
