How do I join?
- Call scheduling and ask to be added to the Wellness Group with Olmer
- Ask your doctor to refer you to the Wellness Group
- Take care of yourself when life seems bad
- Build hope and meaning in your life
- Balance work & play for a happier life
- Communicate better in relationships
- Let the past be the past
- Create the identity and personality you want
*If you missed the month before, it is a good idea to call and check group has not been canceled for a holiday or scheduling conflict.
What should I expect?
- A different topic each week
- A chance for each group member to suggest a question or topic that would be helpful to discuss
- Group discussion and idea sharing
- Time to practice skills learned in group
