“The Drug War, that continues to this day, has never been a war on drugs, it has always been a war on humans.  This lecture will tell the history of the failed drug war and how it has failed individuals, families, and whole communities.  The massive stigma associated with substance use disorders has been attached to a health condition being treated through the criminal justice system; all due to the effects of the drug war.”
